Cancellation Policy

β’ A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
β’ No deposit = no appointment
β’ The deposit will be applied toward your total service price
β’ Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received

β’ A 10-minute grace period is allowed
β’ 10+ minutes late = $10 late fee
β’ 15+ minutes late will result in appointment cancellation
